From the owner The main reasons I bought this house are the excellent public schools and quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Our lot is on a quiet street of Winter Park Estates. The huge corner lot provides hours of fun for my child to play with his friends. A pool can be added. The streets are safe because there is no through traffic in the neighborhood. We have enjoyed family walks, bike rides, and rollerblading because the streets are well-maintained.
I love the air-conditioned, enclosed laundry room! There is a built-in desk in the laundry room that can be used for crafts, sewing, or as extra office space. The two-car garage provides tons of space for cars and bikes. The garage opens up to the lenai. I love the relaxing screened in lania at that back of the house. The mature landscaping is beautiful.
We have 2 updated full bathrooms with vessel sinks and matching granite counter top in the kitchen. There is a tub in the second bathroom. I love the open floor plan. I had the wall between the living room and the kitchen opened up. I can work in the kitchen and still visit with friends in the living room. The house has large closets in the bedrooms and extra closet space in the hallway. The 4th bedroom, that could function as an office, has double French doors that open out onto the lanai with access to the back yard. The water heater is extra large so we never run out of hot water. I love the formal dinning room attached to the kitchen. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, sink window and a large pantry and space for a nook. Terrazzo is desirable and I did not want to change it so the buyer can change to their taste in case they do not like Terrazzo.
